Full-scale war with the Russian Federation unexpectedly caught not only Ukrainians but also foreigners who were transported by sea.

Thus, in the seaport "Pivdennyi" on 4 foreign vessels were foreign crew members who were under the threat of attack by the ships of the Russian Federation.

Today the border guards of Odesa detachment in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine promptly provided evacuation of almost 40 crew members from seaports to the consulates in Odesa.

Among the evacuated are citizens of Greece, the Philippines, and Romania. Now some foreigners are in the consulates, and about 10 citizens of Romania have already crossed the state border of Ukraine and are on their way home.
